Effects of Cancellation

After cancelling your subscription:

  • Some data and features may become unavailable after your subscription ends

Reactivation

You can reactivate your subscription at any time by logging into your account and selecting a subscription plan. If you reactivate before your current subscription period ends, your existing subscription will continue without interruption.

Refund Eligibility

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund.

Refunds after the 7-day period may be considered on a case-by-case basis for the following reasons:

  • Technical issues that significantly impair the functionality of our services and cannot be resolved by our support team
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges
  • Service unavailability for extended periods
